PopSquare processes and dispatches all orders within 72 hours following verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays.

International Orders 

All overseas orders are processed within 72 hours and shipped out within 2 business days, with the exception of public holidays. Orders will be shipped with various couriers such as DHL, DPEX or SF Express. Transit times typically take 2-7 business days depending on your location, we afraid we cannot guarantee the delivery arrival date. All deliveries can be tracked once we prepare your shipment confirmation.

Return conditions

Unfortunately, We DO NOT offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on purchased  items.

NOTE ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES

Please note that additional taxes and customs fees may apply at the cost of the customer. PopSquare is not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs, taxes and VATs applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. PopSquare is required by law to declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
